Export Reviews from Yotpo to a CSV file
In order to export reviews from Yotpo to a CSV file or a spreadsheet, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Yotpo Account.
Step 2: Click the “Moderation” menu on the left.
Step 3: Click on “Reviews Q & A“.
Step 4: Click “Export” to export your reviews
Receiving your Exported Reviews
After you click the “Export Reviews” button, Yotpo will send the link to the CSV file to the email address you set up for your Yotpo account. This is what it looks like:
Note: It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
The “Download Exported Reviews” link will be valid for 48 hours.
Migrate Reviews from Yotpo to Opinew
Make sure you have Opinew installed on your Shopify store.

Once you have downloaded the CSV file with reviews from Yotpo, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the Opinew app and navigate to “Reviews > Import Reviews”.
Step 2: On the “Import Reviews” page, click on “Migration from other apps & CSV” to open the migration panel.
Step 3: Select “Yotpo” in the dropdown menu, then upload the CSV file you downloaded. Hit “Import” to complete your review migration from Yotpo to Opinew.
