Export reviews from AliReviews to a CSV file
To migrate reviews from AliReviews Product Reviews App, you will need to contact the support team to get it done for you.
- Log in to your AliReviews account
- Click the Chat button in the bottom right corner inside the App dashboard
- Ask for support and wait for the technical team to prepare the CSV file for you
Migrate reviews from AliReviews to Opinew

Step 1: Once you have the CSV file with all your reviews, head over to the Opinew app and navigate to “Reviews > Import Reviews”.
Step 2: On the “Import Reviews” page, click on “Migration from other apps & CSV” to open the migration panel.
Step 3: Select “AliReviews” in the dropdown menu, then upload the CSV file you downloaded. Hit “Import” to complete your review migration from AliReviews to Opinew.
