Export reviews to a CSV file
To migrate reviews from AliReviews Product Reviews App, you will need to contact the support team to get it done for you.
- Log in to your AliReviews account
- Click the Chat button in the bottom right corner inside the App dashboard
- Ask for support and wait for the technical team to prepare the CSV file for you
Migrate reviews from AliReviews to Opinew
Once you have the CSV file with all your reviews, go to Opinew Admin → Reviews → Choose Migrate Reviews to upload the file into Opinew.
