Export reviews from Loox with a CSV file
To download a CSV file with all your reviews from Loox, head over to the “Reviews” tab on your Loox dashboard and click the “Export all reviews to .csv file” link.
Migrate reviews from Loox to Opinew

Once you have your CSV file with all your Loox reviews exported, you can then import them into Opinew.
Make sure you have Opinew installed on your Shopify store.
Once installed, follow the steps below to migrate reviews from Loox to Opinew:
Step 1: Once you downloaded the CSV file, go to the Opinew app and navigate to “Reviews > Import Reviews”.
Step 2: On the “Import Reviews” page, click on “Migration from other apps & CSV” to open the migration panel.
Step 3: Once you’re on the “Migrate reviews” page, locate the dropdown to select from which review app you are migrating reviews, and select Loox. Below, upload your newly exported CSV file in order to import Loox reviews into Opinew.
