Connect Opinew product reviews and JSON-LD for SEO
Step 1: Install Json-LD For SEO and Opinew
In order for the integration to work, you will need to have both JSON-LD For SEO and Opinew installed on your Shopify store.
Step 2: Steps to Activate
After you have installed both apps and went through the onboarding, you will need to make sure that:
- You have imported all the reviews you need for your Shopify products through Opinew.
2. Configure the JSON-LD app following the screenshots below
– Once in the app navigate to the “Settings” page
– Click on the “Product Reviews” section
– Select Opinew as the review provider in JSON-LD For SEO settings
– Save the configuration and you should be good to go.
JSON-LD For SEO should now automatically detect Opinew reviews and will populate your JSON-LD structure with review fields. (review stars, numbers, and the aggregate rating)
Step 3: Check if your Rich Snippets are up to date
It takes Google up to a week to start noticing your rich snippet but you can use Google’s official Rich Snippets checker tool to check if everything is correct right after you finish the setup. Paste a product URL for a product with reviews.
