You can trigger Klaviyo flows only after the event (eg. customer purchase) has happened the amount of times of your choice.
For instance, let’s say you may want to send a review request to a customer only after the third purchase. To do that, go to your Klaviyo Review Request Flow (you can see how to set this flow here) and click on the flow’s Trigger. After that, select Flow filters:
Then click on Add a flow filter and after that select ‘What someone has done (or not done)’ as the condition. Once done, select ‘Eligible for Opinew review request’ on the next option and then set the conditions as ‘is greater than’, ‘2’ , ‘over all time’:
Don’t forget to click Save.
That’s it! Your review requests will be sent after the third purchase and so on. You can set this for any amount of events as you want as well as different triggers.
