- Why aren’t all Amazon reviews importing? We only import the text reviews that are actually displayed on Amazon. “Star only” reviews don’t display on Amazon but are still counted. Opinew doesn’t know how many of them there are and what their star ratings are – so can’t import those.
- Amazon will show the number from all Amazon sites combined, but Opinew will only import reviews from the region your link is from (e.g. amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.in). To import Amazon reviews from other regions you need to create a new import on Opinew with links from those regions.
- Very rare… but check your pagination color setting. If the count shows 200 reviews on the Opinew review widget but you can see only 6-8 displaying – this means the pagination is white… on a white background most likely :D. Change the pagination to black and this should show your full reviews again on Opinew.
