Shopify added new ways to customize POS receipts, so that you can make receipts more customer friendly and easy to understand. Available now, manage these display options in the receipt settings by navigating to Settings > Printed receipts.
With the new gift card view in a customer's profile, staff can see all the gift cards that have been assigned to a customer. In addition to searching for a specific gift card, staff can search for the customer and see a list of all the gift cards within their profile.
