You want to create a question that you think your customers might have about a particular product.

Here’s a step by step guide on how to create a question:
First, let’s find the questions and answers section.
- On the left menu, below dashboard click on ‘Questions and answers’.
2. On the product list, click the product you want to create the question for.
4. Click the ‘Create question’ button afterwards.
4. Type your question and your answer on the corresponding sections. And don’t forget to check the “Make Public” box. After all, you’re creating this questions so that your customers can see it.
5. Click on the “CREATE” button.
That’s it! You’ve created and answered a question.
