Thanks to new Opinew admin app block, you are now able to see the state of your review requests for each customer from your Shopify admin. Searching for a particular review is over and you can easily see all of the reviews your customers has left directly from the customer details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to set up Opinew app block<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: <\/strong>Navigate to your customers tab in your Shopify admin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong>Select a customer and under the App blocks<\/em><\/strong> <\/em>section select + App block<\/mark> and choose Opinew Reviews App from <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are all set! <\/strong>You only have to add the app block for one customer and it will show for all. Now let’s review the functionality of Opinew app block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manage your review requests: <\/strong>You are able to go over all of the review requests that have been sent\/scheduled for each particular customer. You are able to view the request that will redirect you directly to Opinew reviews app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
