{"id":3186,"date":"2024-05-02T08:45:26","date_gmt":"2024-05-02T08:45:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.opinew.com\/help-center\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=3186"},"modified":"2024-06-10T08:18:25","modified_gmt":"2024-06-10T08:18:25","slug":"klaviyo-api-migration-update","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.opinew.com\/help-center\/knowledge-base\/klaviyo-api-migration-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Klaviyo API migration update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">Opinew migrated to a new version of the API on the 21st of May 2024 and some changes will be needed to keep the integration running, otherwise, the email content populated by the tags used in the template editor and the actual emails will show as empty, making current flows not work properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update tags<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside the Opinew-related flows, the event properties used as tags on emails need to be updated, so we need to go through all the emails that use these tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do that we select the email blocks on the flow and then on the right sidebar we select the Edit template button.
