In Opinew, you can integrate along with smile.io<\/a> to reward your customers when they write a new review on your shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s how to do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connect Opinew and smile.io<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to your smile.io dashboard and head to Settings -> Platform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then click on Show more <\/strong>and click on the button to copy your private key.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once copied, back in Opinew go to Integrations<\/strong> and select the smile.io card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Enable the switch and paste your private token on the first field:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Now we need to create a custom activity on smile.io<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Create custom activity and get activity token<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In smile.io go to Settings -> Developer tools<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There, select Build my first custom activity <\/strong>if you don’t have one yet and set the names before and after the activity is completed. Here’s an example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once you click Save <\/strong>the following info will display. This is your custom activity token<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Copy it, paste it back in Opinew<\/strong> and click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Finally, we need to create a way to earn points for your reviewers. Go to smile.io and select Programs -> Points -> Add ways to earn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There, scroll down and on the Custom actions<\/strong> section select the one we just created:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Set how many points you want to reward your reviewers with, set it to active and click on Create:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And that’s it! Now your customers will receive reward points each time they leave a review. If active on smile.io, your customers will receive an email every time they receive a reward. You can check your customers’ reward activity on the Customers<\/strong> section in smile.io<\/p>\n\n\n\n
