Google Shopping might flag an issue on your feed products that tells you to add identifiers like MPN or GTIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you sell handmade or one-off or unique products, it is likely that you don’t have MPN or GTIN numbers for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to fix this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Google Shopping Product Feed allows you to set a special “Identifier exists<\/strong>” variable to “No<\/strong>” on each product. When you do that, Google knows your products don’t have unique IDs and will no longer complain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do this go to Google Merchant Center > Products > Feeds > click on the feed<\/em> > feed rules<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now add a feed rule to set identifier exists<\/strong> to the value no<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
