With Opinew, you can create Zendesk tickets automatically when a review is created, based on how many stars the review has. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, if you want to create a ticket for every review with 5 stars or less. Here’s how to do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head to Integrations & Experts -> Integrations<\/strong>, then click on Zendesk<\/strong> and select the Zendesk Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head to your Zendesk dashboard. Click on the Gear Icon in the left menu and then click on Go to admin center:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then click on Apps and integrations <\/strong>and then on Zendesk API:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enable the Token access option and then click on Add API token:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once done a new API token will be created. Name it and after that click on COPY <\/strong>and then SAVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get back to the Opinew Zendesk Integration page. Click the ‘Enable Zendesk integration’ option on the top. After that in the next field type your Zendesk domain (you can see it in the URL bar when in Zendesk, it starts with ‘https:\/\/’ and end with ‘zendesk.com’ as seen in the image below). Then, in the next field type your Zendesk email and after that your Zendesk API key you just copied. Select the number of stars the review needs to have in order to create the Zendesk ticket as well and finally you have the options to create tickets for created questions in your store and for imported reviews. Click Save<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
