Will you help me install the plugin?

In most of the cases the plugin will install itself during the one-click install
process, but if something seems off or did not install, get in touch with our

What marketplaces do you import reviews from?

We currently support review imports from Aliexpress, Amazon and Ebay. We synchronize the reviews every week.

Reviews or average stars don't display correctly. How do I fix it?

I need more than 15000 review request per month.

How do I install the average stars and All reviews widget codes?

The instructions are in your Opinew App dashboard under “Extra Plugins”.

Do I need to create coupons manually?

No need. We fully integrate with Shopify’s coupon system behind the scenes.
